Mrs. Barbara Mullen, whose husband, Marine Major William F. Mullen has been missing on a flight over Laos in 1966, with her son, Sean, 10, listens to President Nixon tell of peace negotiations with the North Vietnamese. She is one of six national coordinators for Families for Immediate Release, which represents some 400 families of men missing in action or are prisoners of war. "I really cant' see anything very new," she commented after the broadcast.
