Edward Grady Partin walks to court Tuesday in Butte, Montana, followed by his lawyer and other assistants. The Louisiana Teamster union officer is on trial on charges of conspiracy and racketeering in the Baton Rouge area. Partin is being tried in Montana on a change of venue.
