The induction refusal conviction of Joseph Thomas Mulloy, 26, Prestonsburg, Kentucky, was overturned Monday by the United States Supreme Court, 8 to 0. The court ruled that Mulloy, shown here in a stock picture, had presented new factual allegations that might bear on his conviction.
