Prokhorov, 31, a second secretary of Soviet Mission to the United Nations, leaves FBI headquarters in New York early today after he was named as one of two Russians who received U.S. Navy secrets from an American sailor. The Russians were released under diplomatic immunity. The sailor, Cornelius Drummond, is being held under $100,000 bail.
