Washington, October 20 - Comment on Nixon pardon - Henry S. Ruth, former Watergate special prosecutor, prepares for an appearance on CBS' "Face the Nation" Sunday in Washington. Calling President Ford's timing of the pardon of former President Richard M. Nixon "atrocious," Ruth said, "I never dreamed the pardon would come before the Watergate jury was sequestered."
