James Kirkridge and Jesse Rodriguez (series stars McLean Stevenson and Luis Avalos, left and right, respectively) are the new owners of adjacent townhouse condominiums -- they have just met, and now a battle line is firmly set at the patio wall -- in "Condo," the ABC Television Network's new half hour comedy series premiering Thursday, February 10 (8:00-8:30 p.m., EST). "Condo" focuses on two families, each of a different life-style and cultural background, who never quite get off on the right foot in their new living arrangement.
