If you think the conductor of a major symphony orchestra loafs between concert seasons, you're simply cockeyed. Take it from Massimo Freccia, conductor of the New Orleans Orchestra, who got back to town this week from his home in Connecticut. Massimo Freccia and his wife exult at quantity of mail that has poured in from well-wishers. Mr. Freccia, conductor of the New Orleans Symphony Orchestra, is here to begin rehearsals for the new concert season that begins November 11.
