Expert of Juveniles Due Here. Sir Basil Henriques, one of England's foremost authorities on juvenile delinquency, will be a New Orleans visitor Monday. In the United States on a lecture tour, Sir Basil will address New Orleans social workers Monday at International House and a special luncheon meeting of the Sertoma Club Wednesday at the Jung.
