Leppert takes publicity job George M. Leppert, New Orleans attorney and public relations man, has accepted the position of public relations counsel for the New Orleans division of the Louisiana Free Enterprise Association, Incorporated. The association is a non-trading corporation which announces its objective as "the preservation of constitutional government, state police powers and individual liberty.
