An Italian Alpine tunnel damaged by German mines is repaired. Damage caused by German mines during the war to the exit of the mile and a half long tunnel through the Italian Alpine Foothills is now under repair. This end of the tunnel opens onto the Roya Valley in which are located the towns of Tenda and Briga. Repairing war damage.
