Berlin, Richard E. (Hearst Corporation). On the occasion of his retirement as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Heart Corporation, Richard E. Berlin (center) is given a special award of the United States Treasury Bond Division by William R. Fuller (right), New York Manhattan Area Manager, United States Savings Bond Program. Frank Massi (left), Mr. Berlin's successor, will carry on The Heart Corporation's cooperation in the Bond Program. The silver plaque - one of the highest volunteer Treasury awards reads: "Richard E. Berlin - For Patriotic Service - United States Savings Bond Program 1973."
